Nadilyn Bagley-Smith
Nadilyn Nicole Bagley-Smith;(born April 15,1986) is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and author. She is the founder, chairman, CEO, and CTO of TXBIL Agency, Prime information Network, and InsuranceLyfe. While building her brands, Bagley-Smith continues to leave her mark in corporate America. "My businesses were built from the shoulders of my background in the Insurance industry," she explained. Although Bagley-Smith has been paving the way for her journey of entrepreneurship for over a decade, she continues to hold on to her core values of leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. "You will be less likely to build anything without holding on dearly to your core values, respect, and integrity" says Bagley-Smith.

Nadilyn Nicole Bagley-Smith was born on April 15, 1986, in Dallas TX and was raised in Fort Worth TX, an up-and-coming town just 45 minutes from Dallas. From a very young age, Bagley-Smith was raised with the intention to uphold standards to the highest esteem, such as integrity, morals, and character. Exemplifying the family motto, "The details makes the difference," left a lasting impression on Bagley-Smith and has consistently attributed her drive for her success to her parents and grandmother and the valuable lessons they taught her along the way.
Now, Bagley-Smith is married with four children, whom are all now entering into young adulthood. She has stated in several interviews that her husband, Ricardo, is everything a husband should be and more. She goes on to explain that her husband has undeniably been her biggest supporter of all of her endeavors and despite being busy with his work and projects, he shows up every day to stand with her in building their brand together.

Following a couple of start-up opportunities and successfully owning a beauty brand business in the early 2000s, Bagley-Smith closed the doors to the salon and found herself immersed in the world of insurance after being licensed for home, auto, health and life. After providing personal lines insurance to her clients for several years as an independent agent and producer, Bagley-Smith decided to try her hand at Agency ownership.
TXBIL Agency was established in 2018 and incorporated two years later. The insurance industry had been quickly moving away from in-office visits with brick and mortar to building relationships with clients and prospective partners in a more efficient and streamlined way. While the initial plan was to build a physical building to house TXBIL Agency, Bagley-Smith decided to go into a different direction and develop TXBIL Agency into an Insurtech company.
Along with servicing clients with their insurance needs, Bagley-Smith was also commissioned as a Notary Public by the state of Texas to ensure the best client experience while assisting with their portfolios for risk mitigation.
Most recently, Prime information Network (lovingly known as P.i.N) has been established as a staffing agency that assist with providing 1099 work solutions as well as mentorship opportunities. Bagley-Smith understood the need for guidance among many people and developed P.i.N, which houses elements of a staffing agency and virtual call center among other valuable services.
If you cannot tell by now, Nadilyn Bagley-Smith is on her way to solidifying her mark as businesswoman of the year. New projects are already in the works and will be debuting very soon.
